Between when and when????

My bitch session for the week (including last week).....why is it that appliance deliveries, telephone companies, furniture deliveries and whatever else companies can only be there between 10am-2pm? My appliances were to be delivered on Wednesday (09/21) so, I had my girl Horsey be there for that delivery (at 4pm!) and she calls and tells me that my washer was on back order and that my fridge was white! White? Why would I order one that was white when all my kitchen appliances are black!?!?!? So, the only thing I did get was the dryer! Furniture was scheduled for Friday between 12p-4p, well, called to confirm delivery time and to make sure that they called me when they were 30 minutes out well, what-do-ya know, they were already in route to my house! Damnit, had to leave lunch and haul ass home only to be greeted with, "um, we were about to leave cuz we could only wait 10 extra minutes." Well F**k you furniture delivery guys and your precious 10 minutes! Ug, I am getting pissed again! Now, the fridge and washer will be delivered tomorrow between, yep you guessed it, 10a-2pm! We really don't want to get into the whole "builder vs Dish Network" ordeal either! I'm not a freaking electrican nor technican so, F**k you too Dish! Yep, I typed that and I mean that!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so, the boys were home this past week and weekend and we didn't do anything other than set the house up! I swear, my stuff must have reproduced while in storage because I don't remember moving ALL that stuff out of the house when I left Kevin~BTW~F**k you Kevin! You still owe me money you prick! Okay, back to my story~the boys love the house and they love their room and Dylan loves having the park right across the street from him! I will just be glad when ALLLLLL of the boxes are empty, trash in gone and everything is in it's "right place"! D will be at his dad's the next 2 weeks so hopefully, it can be done in that time!

Not much dating going on here, just hanging out with my usual clan at one of the two usual spots! I have been focusing more on me and the house to even want to date right now! I know Zoe is missing me and I will get over to see her soon though! My "Houston boy~Eldon" is in town this week so, I will probably be hanging out with him this weekend and I am looking forward to that! Other than that, that is pretty much it for me and for now!

Breathe Nae, Breathe

This is something that is a little easier these days! WOW, it's been a while since my last post...ummmm, let's see, where to begin.............I BOUGHT A HOUSE!!!! This is a BIG thing for me and a BIG accomplishment since it is the first house I have ever owned on my own! The last house was with my ex-husband so, I had no worries about the whole "rates, insurance, approvals, etc"................but, this time was totally different! I am sure my friends are sick of hearing about it now! I am just relieved and can BREATHE again!

The coolest part about it though, my kids do not know about the house! They both come home on Monday and I am sooooo excited and sooooo looking forward to the looks on their faces! I tell you, it is hard as hell to try and keep that a secret!

Okay, enough of that, I really don't have my weekend planned as of yet. I know that I am playing poker tonight and then starting the moving process tomorrow~moving sucks but it will be a long while before I move again so, it is worth it this time!!!

Oh yeah, I finally got together with Amos and Babs on Wednesday night! We just planned on a simple happy hour and it ended up being a late night for all! Babs ran outta gas and Scooter and B came to her rescue! It was funny how I stumbled upon her too! She left before Amos & I did and we thought she was going home but NO not Babs, she went to "his" place! After I left, I got on the highway and as I was exiting, I saw Bab's on the side of the road! Of course I stopped (in the middle of the exit ramp~I know, smart Nae) and backed up to her and then up pulls Amos! It was good times............ya might not think so but you just gotta know Babs & Amos to appreciate it!!!
